History of Reclone
Reclone Founded
Reclone started in 2020 to convene researchers from around the world solving the challenges many biologists face in accessing reagents for research and diagnostics
Reseach in Diagnostis Toolkit goes live
Reclone members developed the Research in Diagnostics Toolkit to support diagnostic innovation during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. This was synthesised and distributed globally to over 100 labs by Free Genes at Stanford University.
Open DNA Collections
The Reclone community stewards the development and distribution of several open collections after Free Genes goes on hiatus, and convenes an active community through our forum, online events and fellowships.
